We currently have no office phone service, our cell phones have no service in our area and we have limited internet access.Our office is open. We are trying to reach each property and assess the damages and get the properties protected that are still habitable. Please email us at smithrent@gmail.com with any damage you have found at the property until we are able to reach your property. Properties that are deemed inhabitable - tenants will receive a rebate of prorated rent from the date of the hurricane. Security deposits will be refunded once your items have been removed from the property, Tenants please take care of yourselves and be safe. We care about each of you and will get to each one of you!
