How do you screen tenants?
We screen tenants using the following methods:- Credit screening
- Employment/Income verification

Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
At this time you are not required to accept Section 8. -
Are you licensed?
In the State of Florida you must maintain a real estate licence to manage property for an individual for compensation -
Can I reach you after hours?
We have an emergency number and are available after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A sample of the lease is provided when we begin managing the property. Our managers sign the lease as your agent. A specific power of attorney is required with the management agreement. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Proceeds are processed on the 11th of each month and disbursed via ACH deposit. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We only sell if our owner decides to sell and the tenant wants to buy the property. Sales are referred out to qualified sales agents. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
1 year, maximum 2 years -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately once we have viewed the property and have the signed management package. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes, townhouses, duplexes, condos. All of our property is unfurnished. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security deposit are held by the company in an escrow account.
